We value your feedback and user experience overall and when you complete our post Will creation survey that will take less than 60 seconds to complete, we will gift to you the creation of a Power of Attorney document when the service is launched later in the year.

Our pricing is simple and transparent. Pay once and receive a Will prepared from the information you provide prepared through our guided platform complete with remote witnessing (where allowed). Can I prepare a Will online with MyWill MyWay?

Yes. Our platform helps you prepare a Will document based on the information you share with us. A Will only takes legal effect once you have correctly signed and witnessed it under the laws of your State or Territory. We prepare the document to follow those signing and witnessing requirements.

No, any person can create their own Will without the services of a lawyer, we can prepare the Will based on the information you share with us, and if your circumstances raises any complexity that requires formal advice, then we will seek your consent to forward your information to our Wills & Estates lawyer to reach out to you for a formal discussion obligation and cost free to determine what is the best way forward for you.

Most people prepare their Will in approximately 10 minutes. The remote witnessing session typically takes around 10–15 minutes to finalize.

Yes. We use encrypted systems and processes to protect your data. Your information is handled confidentially and stored using secure infrastructure.

Wills cannot be ‘updated’, they are ‘replaced’ with a new one, so Yes, if your circumstances change such as marriage, divorce, children, or new assets you should replace your Will to reflect those changes. We can provide guidance for you when that future situation arises. 

Once you have correctly signed and witnessed it, your Will takes legal effect. You will receive a secure PDF copy along with instructions for safe storage and guidance on informing your executor.
